Selkokeskus offers services to anyone interested in Easy Finnish. We offer a diverse range of training on the subject, as well as guidance and consultation. You can send us an application for the SELKO Symbol that denotes Easy Language materials. The symbol is provided free of charge.

Information services

Our website includes plenty of useful information on Easy Finnish. But if you cannot find an answer to your question, please contact us by e-mail (selkokeskus@kvl.fi)! If your question concerns Easy Swedish, please contact the LL-Center.

• What needs to be considered when producing Easy Finnish materials.
• What kind of a text and training service would serve the needs of your organization best.
• What kind of Easy Finnish literature is published in Finland.

Training services

We organise training, lectures and seminars connected to easy Finnish. The themes include, for example, writing in easy Finnish, layout and illustration of easy Finnish publications, easy-to-understand speech and interaction. The training services are payable services.

Text services

We offer these text services:

• The text assessment service offers feedback to support the writing process when you are working with Easy Finnish. There is a charge for the assessment services.
• The SELKO symbol is granted free of charge to Easy Language publications in Finnish and Swedish.
